Went out on an excellent canoe trip into the Boundary Waters Wilderness Canoe Area in NorthEastern Minnesota.  Tried chewing some black spruce gum the original gum that was used by Wrigley.  As expeced it does taste very piney at first but the piney flavor goes away within minutes and your left with a fine piece of chewing gum.
